One entry per published build. Each is its own release on GitHub, tagged opentome-YYYY-MM-DD, with the catalogue, its manifest and, when produced, the AniList resolution report; the metadata alias always points at the newest.

The pipeline runs every Sunday and gates the result; a build is published only when a person decides to, so weeks without an entry are weeks nothing was released — not weeks nothing was checked.
